JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with Seat / Controls ( Steering Wheel, pedals) development teams
Working with cross functional teams and with suppliers
Responsible for executing studies and releasing them in Catia
Lead mechanical design engineering in a technical team
Develop and Manage networking across the organization and provide inputs to the project pre-requisites based on the component history.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or higher with mechanical design experience
Ability to lead a defined area of technical expertise, with moderate technical complexity.
Must have a holistic view on deliverables from other interfaces to secure quality & readiness before release.
Ability to spread knowledge and develop competence within the team.
Strong networking and organizational skills
Earlier seat development, Catia and kola experience is a plus
