Overview
The General Maintenance Technician performs a variety of maintenance tasks, including preventive and reactive maintenance, with a focus on plumbing systems. This role ensures the upkeep and functionality of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure while providing on-the-job training for candidates with no prior experience.

Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year of experience in maintenance or a similar field is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on plumbing systems, including identifying and repairing leaks, clearing drains, and maintaining fixtures.
Conduct maintenance and repairs on conveyor systems, mechanical equipment, electrical components, HVAC systems, and other facility infrastructure.
Respond to facility-related emergencies, including spills or equipment failures, and perform necessary janitorial or maintenance tasks.
Assist in addressing client, site, or customer emergencies as needed.
Ensure all equipment and facilities remain in good working condition by following established maintenance protocols.
