Job Title: Digital Product Manager
Location: Greensboro, North Carolina
Pay Range: Competitive salary based on experience
What's the Job?
Drive product strategy, product roadmap development, and market delivery/operation of the product offering in assigned business segment
Partner with business partners and IT to execute against digital initiatives including Partner Products, web/mobile channel, and Enterprise Technologies
Lead product release planning, setting expectations for delivery
Coordinate with Engineering and development teams to ensure consistent execution of product plans
Assist with preparation of business case (financial/ROI) analysis to quantify & determine the value to the company of a current or potentially new system/application
What's Needed?
Strong background in the commercial insurance industry or a related financial services / general insurance industry
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear, understandable way
A proven track record of product delivery, with preference for development within an Agile Framework
An action-oriented & customer first mindset, comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and evolving environment
Ability to evaluate, analyze and interpret the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources
