Job Title: Digital Product Manager

Location: Greensboro, North Carolina

Pay Range: Competitive salary based on experience

What's the Job?

  • Drive product strategy, product roadmap development, and market delivery/operation of the product offering in assigned business segment

  • Partner with business partners and IT to execute against digital initiatives including Partner Products, web/mobile channel, and Enterprise Technologies

  • Lead product release planning, setting expectations for delivery

  • Coordinate with Engineering and development teams to ensure consistent execution of product plans

  • Assist with preparation of business case (financial/ROI) analysis to quantify & determine the value to the company of a current or potentially new system/application

What's Needed?

  • Strong background in the commercial insurance industry or a related financial services / general insurance industry

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear, understandable way

  • A proven track record of product delivery, with preference for development within an Agile Framework

  • An action-oriented & customer first mindset, comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and evolving environment

  • Ability to evaluate, analyze and interpret the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources
