Robert Half Corporate Account Manager in Greensboro, North Carolina
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Account Manager in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth and effective communication and relationship management. You'll also be tasked with business development, expanding our client base through targeted sales initiatives. This role will involve some travel to industry events and client meetings.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the main liaison between our company and our clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
• Regularly engage with existing clients through calls and visits to maintain strong relationships.
• Spearhead business development initiatives to attract new clients and expand our customer base.
• Attend industry trade events to network and form relationships with potential clients.
• Manage and update customer data in our CRM system for accurate record-keeping.
• Utilize Concur for efficient business expense management.
• Implement customer support strategies to resolve client inquiries and issues.
• Leverage your sales skills to promote our services and achieve a proven sales record.
• Occasionally travel for client meetings and industry events, with the flexibility of choosing between car and flight. Requirements • Position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
• Proficiency in Concur and CRM is essential
• Must possess strong data processing skills
• Experience in business sales is mandatory
• Knowledge of CRM - Customer Relationship Manager is highly desirable
• Ability to provide exceptional customer support is necessary
• Candidate should have experience in sales
• Must have a proven sales record
