MassHire Franklin Hampshire Career Cente Workshop Facilitator in Greenfield, Massachusetts
GREENFIELD Do you like helping people? Enjoy teaching or public speaking? Join our Workshop Team! Design and deliver workshops in a hybrid format, including: Resume/Cover Letter writing, Interview Skills, Online Job Applications, and other topics. Evaluate customer needs and provide job search guidance, conduct individualized Resume/Cover Letter consultations, research and design workshops together with Workshop Coordinator, maintain accurate records. Associate\'s degree required; Bachelor\'s preferred. At least two years of experience as a Workshop Facilitator, trainer, or teacher, particularly with a diverse audience. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Career Services/Workforce Programs preferred. Bi-lingual capacity a plus. Full-time position. Starting salary is \$24.26/hr., after 90 days, with annual step increases. Excellent benefits and work environment.
