Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Machine Maintenance Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting breakdowns as they occur on the manufacturing floor. Prioritizing safety while minimizing downtime and optimizing production efficiency is the goal. Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of machines and equipment according to schedule, replace or repair defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, and sensors. Identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems on machines. Collaborate with team members and leads to analyze and solve complex technical repairs. Calibrate and align machinery to ensure performance and document all maintenance and repairs performed on the floor.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot breakdowns on the manufacturing floor.
Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of machines and equipment.
Replace or repair defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, and sensors.
Identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems on machines.
Collaborate with team members and leads to analyze and solve complex technical repairs.
Calibrate and align machinery to ensure performance.
Document all maintenance and repairs performed on the floor.
Essential Skills
Industrial maintenance
Knowledge of both high and low voltages AC & DC
Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics

Extremely clean and organized automotive manufacturing environment. The position is for the 2nd shift from 2pm to 10:30pm.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00
