Is responsible for management of billing and warehousing of all products at Greenfield location. Performs all other assignments as required. * Responsibilities and Duties: Warehouse Manager/Operations* 1. Inventory management and billing. Will be responsible for billing seed, feed, fuel and other warehouse items. Make sure that items are accounted for and properly billed. The load out sheet should be billed daily. 2. Store and warehouse items should be monitored, rotated, and kept in stock. Plan ahead for high volume items to ensure customers have what they need. 3. Manage inventory weekly, rotate stock, and move seasonal items at a discount if they are going to sit a long time. 4. Operate forklift in warehouse unloading and loading trucks. 5. Identify the needs of customers and create a product line that continually evolves with those needs. Example: seasonal items such as deicer or altosid mineral. 6. Should attend and participate in trainings to become a professional in their area. 7. Answers phone and helps with tickets, logistics, chemical mixing, loading fertilizer and seed during busy season. 8. Handle complaints as quickly as possible. 9. Administer the Company Credit Policy. 10. Display good judgment, positive attitude and enthusiasm in dealing with customers and employees.
