Concrete Laborer
Pay Rate: $19/Hr.
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable laborers to join our team in creating concrete piping and manholes. This role requires the ability to read a tape measure and understand basic blueprints. Experience in concrete work or construction is highly beneficial.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret tape measures and basic blueprints.
Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50lbs.
Assemble rebar to fit inside molds for concrete pipes.
Utilize hand tools and power tools with proficiency.
Understand and execute project build-outs based on prints.
Move and drag finished parts to the finishing area.
Use hand sanders to finish dried concrete.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
6 months to a year of experience in manufacturing, concrete, or construction.
Strong attendance and reliability.
Willingness to assist in various tasks around the facility
Work Environment
Manufacturing environment that is not climate controlled. The first shift starts at 6am and lasts 8-10 hours, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greencastle, Pennsylvania.
