Responsibilities

The Caterpillar Large Electric Power Solutions Division (LEPS) is seeking a Product Strategy and Product Definition lead for Charging & Energy Transfer Solutions . In this role, the successful candidate will perform market analysis, strategy development, product portfolio definition, and detailed product definition for Large Electric Power’s microgrid and advanced power products , with a focus on Charging & Energy Transfer Solutions and the integration of these systems at a site level. These solutions will support asset electrification for our customers in the construction, mining, marine, rail and on-highway segments. This position will define and support a portfolio of products that meet our customer’s needs, contribute to LEPS’ Energy Transition Strategy , and drives the organization to maximize Caterpillar's value to Electric Power customers and Caterpillar's share of future market OPACC.

• Explains current status, delivery alternatives and announced updates to products and services.

• Summarizes key features of major products or services in own unit.
