We work with insurance carriers, 3rd party vendors and plumbing companies that send us emergency water, mold and fire loss leads for residential and commercial properties.
We are normally the 1st on scene to help the customer in their time of need.
Duties:
Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards. May require digging trenches, sets, braces to support the sides of excavation, erect scaffolding and clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials.
Read blueprints or other specifications to determine methods of installation, work procedures, or material or tool requirements.
Coordinate construction project activities.
Maintain construction tools or equipment.
Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications.
Control traffic passing near, in, or around work zones.
Inspect work sites to determine conditions or necessary repairs.
Hang drywall panels on metal frameworks of walls and ceilings in offices, schools, or other large buildings, using lifts or hoists to adjust panel heights, when necessary.
Mount tile, using adhesives, or by nailing, screwing, stapling, or wire-tying lath directly to structural frameworks.
Scrape and sand floor edges and areas inaccessible to floor sanders, using scrapers, disk-type sanders, and sandpaper.
Protect structures or surfaces near work areas to avoid damage.
Inspect the surface to be covered to determine its condition, and correct any imperfections.
Roll out, measure, mark, and cut carpeting to size with a carpet knife, following floor sketches and allowing extra carpet for final fitting.
Remove excess glue from joints, using knives, scrapers, or wood chisels.
Measure, cut and install materials.
Set up and break down equipment for each worksite.

Arc Roofing and Construction normally takes the project over after the drying process for the rebuild process to begin.
Most of our work is completed inside a home or a commercial building with air conditioning.
