Work Environment

Our company specializes in stainless and high alloy fabrications, primarily using 300 series stainless steels. We also work with high alloys including Hastelloy, Inconel, AL6XN, and Titanium. The work environment can be loud due to grinding and welding activities, so hearing protection is required. The shop is well-ventilated, but the size of the tanks may require working inside the shell to complete both external and internal welding. Currently, we have 12 employees in the shop and aim to operate with around 25 on the 1st shift. The company culture has improved significantly following the retirement of a long-time supervisor known for a direct management style; the new supervisor fosters a more positive environment.
