The role acts as a liaison between project stakeholders and resources (both external and internal) to facilitate the successful execution of Nicolet Bank initiatives. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The following are essential job responsibilities: * Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information * Organize, attend, and participate in project stakeholder meetings * Provide administrative support for the Project Management and Digital Technology departments as directed to assist in meeting bank initiatives * Track project progress and assist in the development of project plans * Act as a liaison between business lines to foster organizational collaboration * Maintain a thorough knowledge of related OCC and SEC regulations and interpretations; keep abreast of regulatory changes and examiner expectations The following job responsibilities may be reassigned: * Other related duties as assigned or requested. Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Systems preferred and/or equivalent experience Experience Required/ Preferred: Prior work experience in the Financial Services industry required. Experience with banking applications and Salesforce preferred.
