JOB REQUIREMENTS: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Provides customer service to guests Assist guests with finding items they are looking for on or off the sales floor Takes orders and other special requests Answers the telephone and assists callers using proper phone etiquette Addresses guest concerns and resolves issues when a guest is not satisfied with the service or product received, if in need further assistance, bring concern to the Produce Department Manager 2) Stocking and maintaining product levels Fill all items on display Makes sure products are rotated, using first in first out method Follow display standards Makes sure the sales floor is clean and tidy; no messes or spills Maintaining Produce supplies (i.e. roll bags, twist ties, etc.) 3) Log Sheets Take temperatures of everything regularly Fill out rotation sheets daily Record shrink daily 4) Maintain Produce Cooler Rotation of items within the cooler, first in-first out method Keeping the cooler clean and organized at all times 5) Product Order Responsible for ordering some product (i.e. dips, spices, herbs, etc.) Other duties as assigned. Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
