Position Overview: As the PIM Systems Manager/Data Architect, you will oversee the delivery of our Content and Product Information Management (PIM) solutions. Your expertise will guide the development of standards, guidelines, processes, and improvements that address strategic data issues such as data quality, cleansing, standards, and integration. You will play a pivotal role in building and optimizing our taxonomy and attribute models, ensuring our product information is precise and accessible. Key Responsibilities: System Management: Oversee PIM and related downstream systems, including Monotate, Google Shopping, SOLR, Mongo, and TERM, ensuring they meet stakeholder needs. Team Development: Mentor and develop direct reports, demonstrating strong performance management skills. Software Maintenance: Manage software updates and system setup maintenance. Collaboration: Build strong relationships with functional teams and third-party stakeholders to address complex content-related problems. System Evaluation: Measure PIM system effectiveness, reporting findings to management and driving continuous improvement.
