JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: Green Bay, WI Shift: 1st Shift Work model: Remote Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Job Description Schneider Enterprise Resources, LLC has an opening for a Data Scientist Sr. in Green Bay, WI. Responsible for designing and implementing analytical models for delivering actionable business insights and decision support. Create statement of work documents, identify data, prepare data (merging data from different sources, cleansing, manipulation, etc.), select and create models (descriptive and prescriptive models) and train, test, improve, and document models. Develop sufficient understanding of client\'s business operations and practices to apply the appropriate methods, models, and analysis. Deepen and expand relationships with clients to understand their business so that recommendations are perceived as credible and able to meet their business needs. Gather and integrate business information and data into appropriate models and tools to support the development of solutions. Prepare written non-technical reports and presentations to managers and key decision makers indicating solution or range of possible alternative solution pros and cons and technical recommendations. Effectively communicate technical engineering solutions and results into appropriate business language for clear client understanding. Prepare proposals, statements-of-work, project logs and updates, and presentations in a clear and concise manner. Document project assumptions, approach and results including net savings or profit. Effectively scope projects and work assignments and make realistic work completion estimates. Develop appropriate work communication and contingency plans. Actively participate in knowledge sharing within the department and collaborate with other projects to help support success of objectives and continued development of other associates. Create innovative statistics models and technical approaches that address complex business issues. Lead small projects as assigned. Job Requirements: Position requires a Master\'s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and 1 year of relevant experience. In the alternative, the position requires PhD Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
