JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: Green Bay, WI Shift: 3rd Shift Work model: On-Site Schedule: PARTTIME; Monday - Friday 3:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Green Bay to be responsible for the successful execution and completion of customer orders. The Customer Service Rep will work in an office setting and utilize a variety of technology and programs to accomplish assigned tasks. Responsibilities: Create and accept customer orders. Schedule appointments for orders. Document all necessary information throughout the order creation process. Work closely with leaders, teams and customers to solve issues that arise. Skills and qualifications: Have a high school diploma or GED. One year of customer service experience preferred. Have strong written and oral communication skills. Able to manage multiple priorities.
