This Business Intelligence Solutions Analyst role with Associated Bank will support the efforts to solve meaningful financial crimes, risk and compliance problems. This role helps to identify enhancements and strategies to assist functions in areas such as fraud detection and anti-money laundering while ensuring Corporate Risk system, data and reporting needs are met. This individual will dedicate time solutioning however will also be engaged in the other phases of Corporate Risk Management projects including requirements gathering, query building, and testing. This position is Hybrid in Office at least two days per week - Candidate needs to be located near Milwaukee, WI, Green Bay, WI or Chicago, IL. This person will: Be a change agent. Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency while supporting the needs of all areas of the Corporate Risk Management department. Support Corporate Risk Management (CRM) projects by writing and reviewing business and design requirements, developing test cases, perform testing and provide implementation support. Analyze and support data and reporting requirements for corporate risk solutions including management and board reporting as well as data needs for regulatory and audit requests. Analyze and recommend system configurations, forms, modeler and other business line configurations within the CRM applications.
