What the day will look like Assist the Account Executives and Associate Account Executives on assigned accounts, managing key processes that serve primarily construction based clients and undertaking the client-facing and internal activities related to these processes. Account Specialists will also assist or engage with broking as necessary and/or applicable. Skills and experience that will lead to success Maintains effective and positive relationships with clients. Serves independently in a client-facing capacity on matters of importance, industry knowledge and complexity. Support contract reviews. Receives and handles routine and sophisticated coverage inquiries and applicable endorsement requests. Facilitates the timely and accurate flow of information between clients, and account team members. Responds to client ad-hoc requests and manages client open items lists Track client project activity and coordinate with other team members as applicable. Actively supports and monitors the renewal process. Performs submission assembly/creation where assigned. Manages the proposal formation and where applicable drafts quote comparisons coordinating with marketing Broker. Follows up for binders, policies and endorsements from Broker Addresses time sensitive post-binding activities with various industry agencies/organizations and third-party certificate reviewers.
