The Weld County Information Technology Department is recruiting for a Senior ERP Applications Analyst. Under general supervision, the Senior ERP Application Analyst participates as a lead in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Weld County's Workday ERP. Based on the results of needs assessments and organizational direction, the position is responsible for data translation, integrations, reports and security administration for our test and production tenants. The incumbent will understand the business needs of departments, assist in the testing and deployment of new functionality, and will provide long term IT support for the ERP environment.

The annual salary is $113,630.72 - $143,944.00 (see benefit tab). This position will normally start at $113,630.72 annually.

This position is exempt from the minimum wage and overtime requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act and is therefore ineligible for overtime pay.

As an applicant for this position, you should be aware of Senate Bill 19-085, the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The act requires employers to announce the pay range for job openings. This range encompasses the nine pay steps that Weld County Government has available should you earn the position and demonstrate satisfactory performance over time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities The following job duties are established to outline the basic duties and responsibilities of the above captioned position. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

ERP System Maintenance (40%): - Collaborate with vendors and functional leads to provide ongoing support for changing business and security needs. - Audit, report on, and maintain workday security configurations as needed. - Maintain integrations with existing vendors and develop new integrations as needed, using a combination of Workday Cloud Connectors, Custom Cloud Connectors, EIBs, and Workday Studio solutions. Strong understanding of XML and XSLT. - Maintain and build an inventory of Workday reports, leveraging Workday, Prism, and non-workday data sources. - Monitor tenant update release cycles and perform testing and verification of core IT functionality with Tenant updates. - Track and document changes to functional and business specifications. - Perform data exports and transformations as needed to facilitate business needs. - Serve as a liaison in the IT department to resolve data conversion and/or production issues, working closely with the ERP software vendor in their hosted environment.

New Functionality Development and Implementation (40%): - Work with functional experts and vendors to understand technical requirements of application. - Prepare project plans, time, and cost estimates for completing projects. - Develop, coordinate, and implement plans to test business and functional processes during system development and quality assurance testing. - During the implementation phase, may develop plans and programs to convert the existing data to the new system. - During the implementation phase, may develop plans and programs to build interfaces between the ERP system and 3rd party products. - Write and review document procedures from other team members as needed. - Follow documented or established procedures to perform quality assurance activities. - Coordinate work of team members to develop, test, modify, and document applications, processes, and scripts. - Monitor, research, resolve and document post-implementation problems and revision requests.

Other Duties as Assigned (20%): - Keep a reast of new technologies to assess trends by monitoring industry developments and by participating in training and professional development opportunities. - Collaborate with other analysts to properly support other county applications and business requirements as needed. - Mentor and coach other analysts and functional experts who may have less experience in the platform, facilitating an environment focused on collaboration and growth. - Confer and coordinate with internal or external programmers and other technical personnel as needed to develop automated business systems. - Diagram and document all aspects of applications including maintaining operational runbooks. - Write and review document procedures from other team members as needed. - Create or assist others in the writing of user documentation, instructions, and procedures. - Follow policies and procedures, the Weld County Code of Conduct and adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines and appropriate release of information outlined in both. - Not all duties mentioned may be applicable to every position, and the examples provided do not encompass all possible duties that may exist within this job classification.

Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, AND 6 years
