Salary Placements will vary and may be above the starting wage based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, education, and licensure. Salary placements will generally occur between the starting wage and the midpoint of the salary range.

Employees may be eligible for additional pay based on program, evening, night, weekend, or holiday work. Bilingual pay may be available upon successful passing of language validation testing.

The North Range Crisis Response Team provides behavioral health services to walk-in customers, agency residential programs, and other community settings. This team is dedicated to providing quality care and assessments to individuals and families needing crisis intervention. The Crisis Response Team offers services 24/7/365.

Clinical Program Coordinator: Crisis Repose Team The North Range Behavioral Health Program Coordinator assists the Program Director in operating and administrating the program/facility to meet the behavioral health needs of clients, caregivers, and community agencies. May have responsibility and oversight of specialized programming and/or personnel. Consult regularly with the Program Director regarding the performance of their area of responsibility. Provides direction and supervision to assigned behavioral health service delivery staff. Assists Program Director in developing and communicating agency, network, and team visions, and operationalizing strategic goals for area of responsibility. Provides therapeutic counseling services and case management to clients with mild to severe mental illness and/or substance use disorder.

The Program Coordinator is required to participate in on-call rotations and help cover staff shortages when necessary.

With a Collaborative, Customer First, and Compassionate approach, Program Coordinators will: Embrace the North Range Behavioral Health Mission Statement - Provide compassionate, comprehensive care for people who face mental health and addiction challenges. Establish, operationalize, and achieve overall program goals and strategies with program employee support, including modification of existing program services or creation of new program services to maintain or enhance program standing and to effectively meet the needs of clients and the community as assigned by the Program Director. Collaboratively work with the Program Director in the development of comprehensive program policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards; communicate and support agency and program objectives, policies, and policy changes. Enforce policies and procedures related to employment laws, program guidelines, regulatory compliance, and safety. Analyze data and utilize/prepare a variety of reports to assist with evaluating services, and capacity, and in response to state inquiries or regulations about assigned program areas; evaluate and verify the accuracy of relevant reporting data. Use data on an -ongoing basis in planning, implementation, and review of team members and processes as directed. Assist the Program Director to ensure quality program performance, including revenue goals and procedures, documentation standards, enetration, compliance, fidelity measures, and other program performance variables. Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problems in a proactive and timely manner, Consult with Program Director on complex matters and issues. Support the Program Director by collaborating with colleagues concerning clinical planning, service delivery, and cross-division issues to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the program. Keep the manager informed of administrative and legislative issues of changes in the assigned program area. Screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates as assigned; use the applicant tracking system to document and communicate appropriately and timely throughout the screening and selection process. Ensure appropriate training for program staff regarding accurate coding, fiscal responsibilities, and documentation for services rendered; serve as a resource person to program staff; when directed provides technical assistance, training, and coaching in clinical and administrative areas to support staff development. Assure the environment is conducive to employees being able to work without harassment, discrimination, or retaliation; report all alleged incidents to the next level manager and/or Human Resources Director. May convene regular staff and employee supervision meetings and attend various agency meetings, as assigned; actively participate in committees, work groups, and special projects. With assistance from Program Director, may provide fiscal management of the defined program; assist Program Director to ensure the team achieves budget and service provision goals including scope, quantity, and cost of service. Support the Program Director in monitoring financial activities, preparing justification for fiscal impacts, and providing input to the annual program budget planning process for assigned areas of responsibility.
