Essential Skill: -Minimum of 3 years experience in Accounts Receivable -1-2 years experience in QuickBooks -Data Entry -MS Office knowledge and Strong computer skills -Customer service skills -Ability to work independently -Excellent communication skills -Strong analytical, organizational and multi-tasking skills -Time management is essential
Position responsibilities: -Invoice customers in a timely and accurate manner -Follow up with customers about their account along with collections -Research and resolve billing/payment issues -Able to work in a fast paced environment and maintain the position work load -Reconcile accounts and aging accounts -Other duties as assigned
