Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining various mechanical and electrical equipment within our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to preventative maintenance and a keen eye for detail in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.

Responsibilities
Repair and maintain pumps, fans, motors, valves, and bearings.
Perform preventative maintenance throughout the building.
Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot and repair as needed.
Maintain and update maintenance logs and records.
Troubleshoot electrical building systems up to 480V.
Essential Skills
Experience in preventive maintenance.
Motor repair skills.
Mechanical maintenance expertise.
Electrical system troubleshooting and repair.
Machine calibration.
Basic PLC knowledge beneficial..
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00
