Coordinates and facilitates various Employee Wellness initiatives and administrative activities. Supports contractor/client business relationships.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinates various department initiatives and projects; collaborates with key stakeholders; facilitates communication regarding project progress.

  • Communicates project deadlines, ensuring timely completion of project milestones; maintains work plan and reports on project progress and variances to management; analyzes variances and provides risk assessment.

  • Participates in the design, implementation, and maintenance of department data analysis tools; participates in the design and implementation of wellness programs including input into employee engagement and communications processes.

  • Gathers data, performs data analysis and reports on various department activities.

  • System-wide and local employee wellness activities/programs.

  • Coordinates and facilitates customer feedback systems designed to foster positive customer relations.

  • Performs administrative activities supporting contractor/client business relationships.

  • Assists in budget and expense management; performs purchasing and inventory activities.

  • Maintains and updates various department forms, Policy and Procedure manual and Standard Operating Procedures documents, as required.

  • Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
