Fairview Hospital Physical Therapist in Great Barrington, Massachusetts
Evaluates, directs, plans, and provides treatments for patients with a wide variety of disabilities to help them achieve a maximum level of functional independence. Documents patient care and results of treatment appropriately in the medical record to comply with policies and procedures of the department and regulatory agencies. Experience: Two years experience preferred. Entry-level acceptable. Education and Training: - Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy with a Bachelor\'s, Master\'s, or Doctorate degree in area of major. - Ability to comprehend and write the English language. License, Certification & Registration: - MAPT - Current MA license to practice physical therapy. - CPR Certified Additional Requirements: Must possess sight/hearing senses to use prostheses that will enable these senses to function adequately so the requirements of the position can be fully met.
