Semi-Trailer Big Box Business Administrator - PT - 9am - 2pm in Grayson, Georgia
Semi-Trailer Big Box (http://www.stsbbx.com) , a Truck and Semi-Trailer Equipment Sales Dealership with offices Grayson GA is seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Business Administrators. This is a Part Time position with an aggressive learning environment. We are looking for individuals who possess very clear goals. We are seeking individuals who know what they want and who have a strong desire to constantly learn, grow and share. Ideal for students interested in establishing a foundation of skills in Administration - Sales - Marketing.
Position Summary:
This is a Part-Time position in our Grayson Georgia Office. (115 Grayson Industrial Pkwy)
9am - 2pm - 25 hours per week - Must live close.
Seeking a strong administrative support and organizational skillset.
Major Position Objectives:
Support the Branch Sales & Operations activities.
Billing - Accts payable - Collections - Accts Rec
Facilities Admin - Supplies
Inventory Admin - Audits - Tittle Admin
Transport Admin
Maintenance Admin
Answer Phones - Handle Customers - Sales Support
Clerical & Administrative - Data Entry - Filing
Coordinate activities between the Operations & Sales Teams.
Job Qualifications:
Problem Solving skills.
Organizational Skills-Attention to Deta
Reliable, dependable, motivated outgoing individual.
Basic Office work skills.
Ability to multi-task independently and as part of a team
Time Management-Ability to Prioritize work.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Mature capacity to deal with multiple personalities.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, TEAMS)
Experience in database applications - Data Entry - Filing - Phones

Pay and Benefits:
$20-$22 per hour (paid weekly)
Mornings 9-2
