Securitas Security Officer in Grayling, Michigan
Securitas is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems
- Enforce property regulations and guidelines
- Respond to alarms and security incidents
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary
- Assist with loss prevention efforts
- Manage conflicts and de-escalate tense situations
Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related field preferred
- Certification in security-related areas is a plus
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Familiarity with CPR and first aid procedures
- Strong conflict management skills
