Mi Mobile opened its doors in 2014 as a prepaid cell phone store that also specializes in the repair of all cell phones, tablets, game consoles, and laptops. Today we represent some of the top brands in the industry including Verizon Prepaid, Selectel Wireless, AT&T Prepaid and Postpaid, Cricket, MiMobileFi Internet, Spectrum, Viasat, Frontier, DirecTV and more. Our mission is to provide the absolute best experience to our customers each and every time by offering an array of products at great prices and providing a one-stop shop to solve tech problems, fix broken devices, and accessorize devices.

We are looking for a highly motivated person to fill the position of Sales and Service Representative. This individual is responsible for day-to-day operations in a fast-paced retail store that include, but are not limited to, the sales and repair of our services and devices. Responsibilities:

• Activating phones, cell phone plans, internet plans and devices
• Repairing cell phones, tablets, laptops, and gaming systems
• Selling cell phones, tablets, cell phone/tablet accessories, home security cameras and more.
• Collecting payments for and renewing monthly cell phone and internet plans
• Answering phone calls and assisting walk-in traffic
• Opening and closing the store
• Maintain positive relationships with clients by listening to their needs and treating them with respect.
• Demonstrate product knowledge.

Part to Full-Time Availability/Store Hours:

• Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (Work alternating shifts: Open 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm Close)
• Saturdays 10am-3pm (Work up to 2 Saturdays/Month)

Wages:

• This position is an hourly plus commissions sales and service position and pay will be based on experience and potential.
