Injection Mold Maintenance Technician
Job Description
A spray bottle manufacturing company is looking to add additional injection mold maintenance technicians to their team. The role requires maintaining all types of electronic equipment associated with molding manufacturing. You will lay out, build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify developmental and production electronic and electrical components, parts, equipment, and systems, such as computer equipment, motor control instrumentation, and test equipment.
Responsibilities
Maintain all types of electronic equipment associated with molding manufacturing.
Lay out, build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify developmental and production electronic and electrical components, parts, equipment, and systems, such as computer equipment, motor control instrumentation, and test equipment.
Fill in for the Molding Maintenance Lead when called upon.
Assist in assigning daily job duties.
Assist in coordinating special projects.
Set up new machines and equipment.
Repair and maintain plastic manufacturing equipment.
Essential Skills
Experience with injection mold maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic and mechanical systems.
Knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
Experience in plastic manufacturing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to fill in for the Molding Maintenance Lead when needed.
Experience setting up new machines and equipment.
Ability to coordinate special projects.

Work Environment
The position is based in a controlled plastic manufacturing facility. The work is on the 3rd shift, from 11pm to 7:30am, Tuesday to Saturday (with Sunday and Monday off). Training may be conducted during the day. Shift differentials apply: $1.00 for 2nd shift, $1.00 for 3rd shift, and $1.00 for weekends. Typical shift times are 7am-3pm or 7:30am-3:30pm for 1st shift, 3pm-11pm or 3:30pm-11:30pm for 2nd shift, and 11pm-7am or 11:30pm-7:30am for 3rd shift.

This is a Permanent position based out of Grandview, Missouri.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $62400.00
Comprehensive health benefits including vision and dental. Also offers several training programs including apprenticeship and other company benefits

This is a fully onsite position in Grandview,MO.
