Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Grand Rapids Nt, Michigan

Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in GRAND RAPIDS NT, Michigan. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where you will be providing support to our internal and external customers. Your duties will include responding to customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and updating customer information.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding order fulfillment, billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns.

• Accurately and efficiently process customer orders and returns.

• Establish a positive rapport with every caller, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

• Place outbound calls as needed for follow-up and resolution of customer issues.

• Update customer information in the customer service database during each call to ensure accurate records.

• Collaborate with the leadership team to stay updated on product knowledge and internal processes.

• Contribute to additional tasks assigned by management, working effectively as a team member.

• Manage ticket queues to comply with current guideline, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

• Participate and contribute in all required meetings and trainings to stay informed of any changes in company/departmental policies.

• Use your skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, data entry, and schedule appointments to ensure efficient operation and customer satisfaction. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and effectively handling customer inquiries

• Prior experience in a call center customer service environment

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences

• Accurate data entry skills to ensure correct information logging

• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating adaptability

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Experience with order entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, demonstrating excellent time management skills TalentMatch®
