Job Summary: As our Residential Clinician, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our program's development while providing essential treatment and casework services to our clients. Your leadership will guide treatment planning, oversee therapy sessions, and foster a therapeutic environment within our programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion a holistic therapeutic approach, prioritizing family involvement in programming and empowering families to steer their direction.

  • Lead weekly team meetings and collaborate with Home Supervisors to ensure smooth program operations and maintain a therapeutic milieu.

  • Act as a liaison between agency administration and program staff, facilitating communication and implementing agency policies.

  • Manage program finances, monitoring expenses, and advocating for program needs.

  • Collaborate with Wellness, Education, and Employment Training staff to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

  • Evaluate cases for admission to residential programs as a member of the Intake Committee.

  • Chair or participate in agency committees and task forces as required.

  • Support department staff in fulfilling their roles effectively.

  • Develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy for assigned caseload.

  • Supervise and train Developmental Care Specialists and review the progress of client's Goal Workers.

  • Work closely with Home Supervisors to maintain a therapeutic milieu in the program.

  • Identify training needs for treatment staff and contribute to staff development.

  • Coordinate client visits, phone calls, and personal needs.

  • Develop treatment objectives and quarterly case plans collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with Managed Care Organization requirements for documentation and authorization.

  • Coordinate aftercare plans for clients upon discharge.

  • Track utilization and outcome data for reporting purposes.

  • Attend residential team meetings and ensure quality assurance compliance.

  • Provide weekend on-call availability on a rotating basis.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

  • Minimum two years of clinical experience in residential settings, with supervision experience preferred.

  • Prior experience in interdisciplinary team settings preferred.

  • Agreement with the agency's goals and objectives.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility in afternoons and weekend on-call rotation.

Pay Details: $62,000.00 to $68,500.00 per year
