ManpowerGroup Production Assistant - 2nd shift in Grand Rapids, Michigan
Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Assistant - 2nd shift to join their team. As a Production Assistant, you will be part of the production department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Assistant - 2nd shift
Location: Kentwood, MI
Pay Range: $18 per hour
What's the Job?
Assigns daily tasks and responsibilities to floor personnel.
Supervises floor activity to ensure that work is being efficiently and properly completed.
Assists the supervisor in any way necessary to support the production effort.
Reports potential unsafe conditions to management.
Monitors the floor personnel in the absence of supervisory personnel.
What's Needed?
Physically capable of performing all duties and functions involved in the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
High school education or equivalent preferred.
Able to work well as a member of a team.
The ability to perform required job skills by successfully performing one or more in-house administered practical evaluations.
Demonstrated responsibility in a position of trust.
