Job Title: Maintenance Technician 1st Shift
Job Description
This is a 1st shift Maintenance Technician position working from 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends when necessary. The role involves the maintenance and support of product-specific work cells to minimize downtime and optimize productivity. Responsibilities include responding to downtime situations, performing preventative maintenance, documenting maintenance performed, and evaluating potential future maintenance needs/issues. The technician will also perform process verification procedures and follow deviation procedures when changing parameters. Repairs may involve fabricating, replacing bearings, hydraulic pumps, cooling pumps, conveyors, belts, drives, and drive material transfers. Additionally, the technician will handle minor facility maintenance repairs.

Work Environment
