Robert Half Applications Architect in Grand Rapids, Michigan
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Applications Architect in the Non-Profit sector. The role is based in GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan, and will focus on a variety of tasks related to database management, Linux technologies, Microsoft applications, and other related functions.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement application infrastructure to provide highly-complex, reliable, and scalable applications
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with end users to enhance the understanding and use of database systems
• Work with EO/IR systems and Linux Technologies to create and manage solutions
• Utilize Microsoft and Node for application development and maintenance
• Conduct AB Testing to ensure optimal system performance
• Use ASP.NET for web application development
• Implement Configuration Management strategies to manage system changes and reduce downtime
• Oversee Database Administration to ensure the integrity, security, and performance of databases
• Design and implement Amazon Web Services (AWS) architecture for cloud solutions
• Develop and manage APIs for seamless data exchange and integration
• Apply .NET framework in developing software solutions. Requirements • Proficiency in Database Administration and Management.
• Demonstrated experience with EO/IR systems.
• Expertise in Linux Technologies is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with Node.js is required.
• Familiarity with AB Testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET.
• Demonstrated experience in Configuration Management.
• Experience in Design and Architecture of software applications.
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is essential.
• Proficiency in API - Application Programming Interface and API Development.
