Lockheed Martin Supply Chain Associate Manager in Grand Prairie, Texas
Description:
You will be the Supply Chain Associate Manager for Lockheed Martin's Precision Fires Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for executing the procurement cycle from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of quality products to our customers.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Supply Chain Associate Manager, you will facilitate the procurement cycle, serve as the primary liaison between Lockheed Martin and suppliers, and drive mitigation activities across the Supply Chain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results and support the GMLRS Program. Your responsibilities will include:
•Developing and maintaining supply chain metrics, pursuing deliveries from suppliers, and assisting in subcontract negotiations
•Managing material requirements, attending shortage meetings, and resolving supplier-related issues with program management
•Collaborating with Senior Leadership, Engineering, Quality, Production Operations, and other departments for action resolution and resource planning
•Developing and implementing risk mitigation plans for the Global Supply Chain
•Traveling as required (with opportunities for personal development and growth)

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

•Experience training and coaching new and veteran team members.
•Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP) and FAR.
•SAP & P2P Experience.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
