Job Title: Administrative Office Worker
Location: Grand Prairie, Texas
Position Type: Temp-to-Perm
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour
About Us:
We are a growing dry erase manufacturer located in Grand Prairie, Texas, seeking an Administrative Office Worker to join our dynamic team. This is a temp-to-perm position with the opportunity for long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase materials for manufacturing goods
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Pick, pack, and ship samples to end customers
Track and manage orders
Assist with logistics (logistic experience is a plus)
Receive incoming materials and manage inventory
Create inbound/outbound purchase orders
Contact vendors for supplies, building maintenance, and other needs
Qualifications:
Ability to thrive in a fast-growing company
Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Quick learner with self-drive and initiative
Adaptability to changing needs and priorities
Bilingual skills are a plus
Requirements:
Relevant experience in purchasing, accounts payable/receivable, shipping, and logistics
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
