JOB SUMMARY Our company is seeking a passionate, personable Software Implementation & Support Technician to facilitate the successful implementation of Skadii software & hardware as a centralized management system for resort operators. This role will be responsible for deploying hardware to customer sites to allow Skadii to connect with customer assets (primarily ropeways), configuring software to meet customer needs, conducting integration tests and commissioning on-site technical solutions, training resort users on Skadii functionality, and providing ongoing technical support as needed. This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $23.55-$29.80 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Implements and supports Skadii software. Travels to customer sites to install hardware, perform training, and assist with customer setup and support. Travel approximately 50%. Analyzes customer requirements and works with the development team to provide feedback for product enhancements. Deploys the hardware for data collection in coordination with Electrical Engineering and the Skadii software development team. Conducts integration tests and commissioning of solutions for customers, both in-person and online. Analyzes customer requirements and deploy technical solutions. Assists in training end-users on the software functionality and best practices. Presents software capabilities both online and in person. Works with sales staff to engage with current and new customers regarding product capabilities. Reviews and proposes conceptual improvements for hardware used in data collection. Attends industry trade shows and supports Skadii staff with promotional activities as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Successful educational background in the fields of electronics, electrical engineering or computer science. Proficiency working with Windows and other operating systems. Experience presenting information to a customer base. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel at least 50%. Authorized to work in the United States of America Proficient in the English Language.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in German and/or Italian.
