Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Relief Veterinarian to join our hospital on a relief basis. The ideal candidate will be a skilled and compassionate veterinarian with the ability to handle a diverse caseload. This position offers flexibility and an opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality veterinary care to a variety of patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery.
Work collaboratively with our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Communicate effectively with pet owners about their pets' health, treatment options, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
Assist with emergency cases as needed.
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and standards of care.
Qualifications:
DVM/VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school.
Valid state veterinary license and accreditation.
experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Strong diagnostic and surgical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to varying shifts and schedules.
