Psychologist, Program Manager - Workplace Violence Prevention Program
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Directs the administrative and clinical aspects of the Workplace Violence Prevention Program. Leads a team of administrative, clinical, and other senior level representatives to triage and manage employee generated disruptive behavior Provides a full range of psychological services, including assessment and using the most appropriate psychotherapeutic techniques in providing quality care. Represents the Medical Center at professional community or group events and committees, in conferences/meetings with higher ranking managers, supervisors, and staff from other disciplines or work units, and/or with representatives of local public interest groups, congressional district offices and employees of state and local governments?
Requirements: United States Citizenship Doctoral degree and current, full and unrestricted psychology license from any US state or District of Columbia Have successfully completed an APA or CPA-accredited professional psychology internship training program Demonstrated multidisciplinary experience with inpatient and/or outpatient care services in acute psychological care settings
