Pay Rate:

• Pay is $18.00 plus (Depending on Experience)
• Progression plan with pay increases:
  • Technician Level I (6 months)
  • TechnicianLevel II-III (1-2 years)
  • Technician Level IV (3-5 years)

Whats a typical day as a Production Assembly Worker? Youll be:

• Train to perform various fabrication processes.
• Use your hands and various tools to complete various fabrication processes.
• Work as an individual and as part of a team to meet daily production needs.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pound and able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to use hands with small item and in small spaces.
• Able to perform basic computer functions.

Schedules: Some training will be on day shift.

• Monday - Thursday 5:00am - 3:30pm (Friday is OT day)
• Tuesday - Friday 5:00am - 3:30pm (Monday is OT day)
• Monday-Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am(Sundayis OT day) + 10% differential
• Friday - Sunday 5:00am - 5:30pm (36 hours but paid for full 40 hours) (Thursday or Monday is OT day) + 12% differential
