What Youll Take Ownership Of:

  • Maintain IT project plans as determined in collaboration with IT leadership
  • Define project scope, deliverables and length in order to deliver successful IT projects
  • Work collaboratively with various IT teams to plan and complete projects
  • Determine necessary project resources and manage materials to assure successful project deliverables
  • Communicate project scope, status updates and changes with internal IT team along with stakeholders in order to assure successful project completion
  • Maintain detailed project schedules to allow all stakeholders awareness of project progress while also managing risk and mitigation tasks.
  • Provide reporting and metrics related to IT project delivery
  • Create and maintain project documentation as a part of a complete project life cycle
  • Coordinate daily with project teams to assure team members have the ability and tools to deliver on the mission of IT to support all end users with a positive experience focused on correct and timely solutions
  • Other opportunities for growth as assigned

Need-To-Haves:

  • Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail

Love-To-Haves:

  • Experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • PMP or other project management certification along with proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project
