What Youll Take Ownership Of:

• Manage the upload and organization of digital catalogs and promotional materials on the website and other platforms.
• Ensure all product and promotional links are accurate and functional.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to feature content in various marketing channels, including email campaigns and website promotions.
• Maintain and organize marketing assets, calendars, and forms to ensure easy access and consistency.
• Streamline and optimize digital tools and systems to improve workflow efficiency.
• Archive marketing activity and promotional data for future reference and analysis.
• Assist in preparing marketing and promotional forms with accurate and complete information.
• Collect website banner marketing copy for each promotion feature.
• Monitor and ensure timely updates of marketing content, including website carousels and featured products.
• Track and document campaign performance and promotional activities.
• Create and maintain organized records of marketing efforts for historical and analytical purposes.
• Support reporting and analysis by collecting relevant data and providing insights.

Need-To-Haves:

• Associates degree in Marketing, Communication or related field or equivalent working experience
• Knowledge and experience designing across multiple media and platforms
• Clean design sense
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and take initiative
