Coulee Medical Center PATIENT SCHEDULING COORDINATOR in GRAND COULEE, Washington
Coulee Medical Center is seeking self-driven individuals who are customer-service oriented, reliable and organized to join our Patient Access Team! While one-year experience in a medical office setting, knowledge in scheduling, and medical terminology is preferred -- we are also willing to train the right candidate. This position is responsible for accurately and efficiently managing the scheduling books for providers in our clinics, monitoring referrals, and assisting in quality improvement. This position requires professional phone etiquette, the ability to maintain knowledge of regulations, policies and procedures, and must comply with all HIPAA procedures. Salary Range: The wage scale for this position has been finalized for the facility including 26 steps and the selected candidate will be placed on the wage scale depending on years of experience.
