The Opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Grand Canyon National Park in Grand Canyon, Arizona. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing repairs and the replacement of facility mechanical, cosmetic, and operational equipment.

Responsibilities
Oversee the operation of all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, services, and equipment
Perform carpentry, painting, and track operations
Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep maintenance room in neat condition
Conduct inventories and complete paperwork, work orders, and logs
Participate in fire prevention and other life safety programs and report accidents, injuries, and property damage to supervisor
Valid drivers license required with ability to safely operate company vehicle.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position
Experience with machinery, metalworking, landscaping, and locksmith duties
Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building trades
Must possess a valid driver’s license with ability to safely operate motor vehicle in inclement weather.
No college degree required
Physical Requirements
Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint
Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairs
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Exposure to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons
