Job Description
Join a leading electronics manufacturer for the medical device industry in Grand Blanc, MI. This role offers a fantastic work environment that is clean, quiet, and air-conditioned, meeting static/electric safe standards.
Responsibilities
Stand 100% of the time in front of a pneumatic powered assembly/shuttle line.
Handle circuit boards and various hardware moved by the pneumatic shuttle.
Read job sheets to understand the exact parts and their placement.
Place dime and quarter-sized pieces by hand into circuit boards.
Operator A: Stand at work station putting parts the size of push tacks on circuit boards.
Operator B: Operate SMT machines or run testing machines on finished boards.
Operator C: Perform soldering work throughout the day.
Essential Skills
Minimum 1 year work experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
For Operator B: Experience as a CNC, SMT or PCBA operator, wire harness tech, solderer, electronics repair/assembly, wire puller, or automotive electrical work.
Ability to read from job sheets.
For Operator C: Minimum 1 year work experience as a solderer.
Good hand dexterity and ability to work with small parts.
Ability to work on Saturdays.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Stable work history in a production role.

Work Environment
The entire production floor is clean room rated, maintaining a quiet atmosphere as everything is moved by pallet jacks. The facility is air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable work environment. This role requires availability for the 2nd shift (3 p.m. - 11 p.m.) or 3rd shift (11 p.m. - 7 a.m.), with occasional Saturday work as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of Grand Blanc, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00
