West Virginia Employer Office Administrator in Grafton, West Virginia

The company is seeking applications for a part time Office Administrator position at the office located at George Washington Highway. Duties include but are not limited to: Answering and directing phone calls. Receiving email. Collecting payment for water meter receivables. Processing payments and matching to accounts. Mailing out termination notices, Submitting and preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports as required by the Chief Operator. Standardizing operating procedures and scheduling of report submittals. tracking inventory and carrying out other clerical duties such as filing typing copying, and scanning. Additional duties as assigned by directors of the water board. Must be available to work 16-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, including monthly board meetings. Previous office clerical experience required.
