SIRONA RECOVERY Program Coordinator-TAD & Youth Programs in GRAFTON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: The TAD (Treatment Alternatives and Diversion) & Youth Programs Coordinator serves the needs of youth and adults being diverted from traditional legal proceedings and assists them in addressing the circumstances that have led to their referral. The Coordinator will work with these participants to ensure that ordered conditions and legal responsibilities are met through case planning, accountability, and behavior change response through appropriate cognitive behavioral interventions during office sessions. The Coordinator is also responsible for facilitating service referrals that can assist the client in meeting their individual goals. Clients often experience mental health and/or substance use disorders and require a Coordinator who is both empathetic and compassionate. The Coordinator works closely with the Program Director and should have knowledge of the criminal justice system and act as a neutral party between program participants and their referral sources. The Coordinator is responsible for providing an appropriate level of supervision and accountability to aid participants in reaching successful program outcomes. This position will utilize evidence-based approaches to determine barriers, identify interventions, and will refer individuals to appropriate resources, including substance use and mental health services as needed. The Coordinator will also maintain consistent communication with stakeholders regarding participant progress by creating and submitting detailed compliance reports. Conduct risk assessments and utilize results to develop individualized case plans that target identified criminogenic risks and needs Provide case management & facilitate evidence-based cognitive behavioral interventions to address needs Maintain a high level of service quality by implementing programs with fidelity Provide thorough and accurate records of participant progress in the case management databases Assist with referrals for AODA treatment and mental health services as appropriate Administer court-ordered drug tests according to drug testing protocol procedures Affirm participant progress & address non-compliance as needed with program conditions Prepare detailed non-compliance and progress reports to referral sources Communicate with collaterals to verify information and provide compliance updates Obtain feedback from participants via surveys focused on knowledge acquisition and program satisfaction Other duties as assigned ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor\'s degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, or related human services field Minimum of one year of experience providing case management services to criminal justice-involved individuals Pass a pre-employment background check Valid driver\'s license and automobile with insurance required Ability to communicate professionally and accurately, both orally and written Ability to work well with individuals from diverse economic, racial, and ethnic backgrounds and LGBTQ+ identities Effective interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and willingness to be flexible Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) Ascribe to and champion The Difference Principles ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: https://sirona-recovery.org/careers
