Seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to serve at Grace Home, our long-term care facility in Graceville, Minnesota. This LPN or RN works on a casual, as-needed basis. Some holidays and weekends are required.A care giver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of primarily elderly patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and other health care team members. Works both cooperatively and independently, to work efficiently under stress.

  • Education as required for licensure.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Minnesota.

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month.

Shift Start/End: Varies/Varies

Hours Per Pay Period: PRN

Compensation Range: $21.12 - $31.69 / hour
