Job Description
Seeking a 2nd Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance up to 480v 3-phase. Equipment includes saws, cutters, sanders, dust collectors, molders, CNC machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, pneumatic nailers, fitting/plumbing/pressure componentry, and air compressors.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on various mechanical and electrical systems.
Work with equipment such as saws, cutters, sanders, dust collectors, molders, CNC machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, pneumatic nailers, and air compressors.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480v 3-phase.
Conduct PLC troubleshooting and ensure proper operation of automated systems.
Maintain and service HVAC systems.
Ensure compliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
