What You Will Do:

As a key member of our operational business, you will play a vital role in shaping our future. Under the guidance of the Service Director North West Europe and the CE Service Growth Leader, you will work closely with regional and line-of-business leaders to craft, implement, and oversee strategies that prioritize above-market growth and profitability—while fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and lead ambitious action plans to exponentially grow our Service Business, aligned with our long-term vision.

  • Team Management: Directly oversee a diverse team of Service professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to foster collaboration and excellence.

  • Market Development: Collaborate with the regional strategy department to create Go-To-Market plans tailored to our business areas.

  • Organizational Design: Work with local operational leadership to establish a structure that promotes profitable growth.

  • Service Standardization: Standardize and expand service offerings in response to market demand and growth potential.

  • Partnership Development: Cultivate high-level customer partnerships and alliances to enhance our market presence.

  • Performance Optimization: Drive exceptional execution, enhancing gross margin and optimizing our G&A structure.

  • Talent Development: Foster a positive, innovative environment that encourages growth, trust, and recognition of achievements.

  • Effective Communication: Lead with a focus on people development and customer interaction, while driving targets and results.

What We Look For:

  • A successful track record as a Sales Manager or Service Leader, with demonstrated experience in achieving profitable growth.

  • Strong management understanding across the entire value chain, including design, operations, maintenance, and service.

  • Proven experience in business development and sales management for service businesses, ideally with revenues exceeding USD 50 million.

  • Experience working in multinational environments, with a strong background in sales, operations, and management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively at all business levels.

  • Ability to balance strategic and tactical imperatives within a matrix organization.

  • Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages (Dutch and/or French) are a plus.

  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed.

  • A University degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.

  • Experience in converging industries such as Building Automation, IT, or Telecommunications is a plus.
