Title Senior Operations Analyst Category Administration Location Golden Valley Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Shift Days Work schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Req Number ADM-24-00004 Open Date 1/1/2025 Description Position Overview: Supports the strategic priorities of the Director of Operations working across all sites to identify efficiencies, cost savings, and opportunities to improve patient care. The Operations Analyst performs analysis of operational activities and guides the subsequent design, implementation, and maintenance of solutions. Key Accountabilities: Manages the operations strategic work plan, tracking progress against goals, assignment of accountability, and any risks. Facilitates operational meetings, takes notes, manages assignments and completion. Analyzes information using multiple sources of data, methods, and procedures to determine opportunities for efficiency and cost savings. Regular review of financial and operational metrics, makes recommendations as formal proposals and/or presentations to senior executives. Maintains policies, procedures and workflows through regular review and updates. Manages maintenance for clinic working closely with vendors to scope work, secure bids, and manage project completion. Maintains ongoing business relationship oversight of financial performance, contract compliance, and service delivery. Position Requirements Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in operations At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, pharmacy, etc.) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Patient centered; strong customer service orientation. Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines and troubleshoot and resolve problems. Ability to work independently, exhibit mature judgment and make sound decisions. Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost judgment and discretion. Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
